When I worked with Jayne at the Portland Practice my mum was diagnosed with cancer who was also a fellow colleague to Jayne. Jayne helped me so much with understanding the diagnosis and supporting me through being there for my mum whilst she underwent her treatment, as well as offering all her love and kindness to my mum herself. Selflessly doing this whilst fighting her own battle. Jayne was such a gentle, kind soul to everyone she came across at the surgery.
